About UsCosma Fertility is an IIT Bombay-incubated women's healthcare startup based in Noida. We've built India's first non-hormonal fertility support product (FertiGen) — currently in clinical trials with 90+ doctor partners and a growing patient base. Leads come in daily from Meta ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, and doctor referrals. We need someone who makes sure every single lead becomes a conversation, every conversation moves forward, and no one falls through the cracks.
What's This Role About?You'll own the digital sales pipeline — from the moment a lead comes in (WhatsApp, Meta ad, Instagram DM, website inquiry) to the moment they purchase FertiGen and come back for their second cycle. You're not doing cold calls to strangers. Warm leads land in your inbox every day. Your job is to engage them, guide them through the funnel, and close.
You'll work closely with the telecalling team, the field BD team, and the CRM system. You're the person who knows where every lead is, why it's stuck, and what needs to happen next.
Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Conversion (60% of your time)




- Own the full digital lead pipeline: inquiry → qualification → teleconsult booking → doctor consult → FertiGen purchase → 30-day follow-up → cycle-2 retention
- Respond to incoming leads on WhatsApp Business within 15 minutes during work hours — speed is everything
- Qualify leads: understand their fertility concern, where they are in their journey, whether they've seen a doctor, what they've tried
- Book teleconsults and doctor consultations — coordinate timing with the medical team
- Follow up with warm leads who went quiet — understand why, re-engage or close the loop
- Handle patient objections: price concerns, "I'll think about it," "I need to ask my husband" — with empathy, not pressure
- Push for second-cycle conversions — the real revenue is in retention
