- Establish and maintain the upkeep of service centres,n
- Liaison with store manager and sales team for service operations,n
- Ensure customer satisfaction to avoid escalation of issuesn
- Motivate and manage team of service center and care center personneln
- Responsible and accountable for service deliverablesn
- Mentor and counsel engineers whenever necessaryn
- Control the flow of incoming calls for in office support of servicesn
- Manage costs/expenses of service and care center within given guidelinesn




- Ensure their is adequate amount of manpower to cater to all customer callsn
- Providing necessary skills/training to the team members based on needs and gapsn
- Ascertain care center personnel are working in sync to support walk in customers,n
- Encourage the team to enhance their performance levels by identifying gaps and needsn
