Location: India Experience: 8–10 years Job Level: E3 or E4, based on experience and fit Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Account-Based Experience Lead to drive personalized promotional programs for a portfolio of strategic Life Sciences and Healthcare accounts. The role will own the experience strategy and execution for approximately 10 priority accounts, working closely with sales, account leaders, industry experts, solution teams, and senior leadership to strengthen client relationships, create and accelerate opportunities and support large strategic deals. Key Responsibilities Account-Based Experience Own the end-to-end ABX strategy for approximately 10 strategic LSH accounts. Develop account-specific plans aligned with account priorities, growth objectives, whitespace opportunities and active pursuits. Build a strong understanding of each account’s business priorities, stakeholder landscape, industry challenges, technology workplace and competitive context. Define target personas, buying committees, engagement priorities,



and success measures in partnership with sales and account teams. Personalized Campaigns Design and execute one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns for priority accounts. Develop tailored messaging, content, executive communications, events, workshops and digital engagement programs. Coordinate with content, digital, creative, social media, events and communications teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Use account insights, intent signals and stakeholder intelligence to improve campaign relevance and engagement. Big Deal Support Provide support for strategic pursuits and large-deal opportunities. Partner with sales, bid, solution, and leadership teams to develop differentiated pursuit campaigns. Create personalized executive engagement programs, client workshops, thought leadership, stakeholder communications and targeted digital experiences.
