Job Description Greetings from TCS TCS is hiring for SAP ERP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Exp: 6+ years Location: Chennai SAP RE-FX Consultant with robust expertise in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) to support implementation, enhancement, rollout, and AMS projects. The consultant should possess deep knowledge of real estate business processes, lease administration, contract management, valuation, and integration with SAP Finance. Strong experience in SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management). Expertise in: Contract & Lease Management (CLM) Property Management Valuation Rules Lease Accounting Rent Settlement IFRS 16 Compliance Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. Integration knowledge with SAP FI, CO, AA, and BP. Experience in configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Strong understanding of real estate business processes. Preferred Skills SAP S/4HANA RE-FX implementation experience. Knowledge of SAP FICO. Experience in global rollout and support projects. Exposure to WRICEF objects and functional specifications. Understanding of real estate industry regulations and compliance requirements.
