nSupport processes (currently aligned to ITIL best practice)

nRegularly monitors and resolves the Alerts,



incidents and Changes, status and speed of resolution of enquiries and problems; is pro-active in devising improvements and recommending changes to systems, products or services

nThe provision of advice and consultancy aimed at minimizing the occurrence and impact of service incidents through process improvement
n4
nProactive to trouble shoot issue and fix it from root, customer queries to be handled wisely and effectively.
n5
nEnsures that all requests from users for assistance are handled promptly and effectively
