nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer – AI & CX who can work directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, shape AI/CX solutions, develop solution architectures, lead demonstrations and POCs, and support opportunities from discovery through proposal and handoff to delivery.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead technical discovery and solutioning sessions with enterprise customers.n
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI, CX, Contact Center and automation architectures.n
- Design solutions involving Agentic AI, Generative AI, Voice/Conversational AI, Agent Assist, Knowledge AI/RAG and workflow automation.n
- Develop architecture diagrams,



solution approaches, demos, POCs, proposals, SOW inputs and technical presentations.n
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops with customer stakeholders.n
- Work with sales, engineering and delivery teams to move opportunities from discovery → solution → POC/pilot → production.n
- Evaluate customer environments and recommend appropriate AI/CX platforms, integrations and implementation approaches.n

nTechnology & Platform Exposure
nCandidates should have hands-on or solutioning experience across several of the following:
nAI & Agentic AI: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI
nCX/CCaaS: Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, Five9, Talkdesk
nConversational AI: Amazon Lex, Google CCAI/Dialogflow CX, Cognigy, Kore.ai
nCRM/CX: Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce
nIntegration: REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, cloud services and enterprise applications
