nJob Summary:
nResponsible for the voyage management of vessels assigned and support the Ops Team with record keeping and system related tasks as required. Backing up the Team in Pre-fixtures / Operational requirements during Lean hours, to ensure smooth,
efficient, and economical voyage execution.
nTask & Responsibilities:

- Assist the Chartering Department in collating the information required by customers during the pre-fixture negotiations.n
- To liaise and coordinate with Master / Brokers / Charterers, Agents, Internal departments on productive & to facilitate smooth execution of the voyage on a 24/7 basis.n
- Monitor voyage progress (Delivery/Redelivery notices, SOF, Off Hires, Claims)n
- Checking Bill of Lading and preparing LOIn
- Liaising with accounting and preparing summary of outstanding, receivables.n
- Ensure timely collection of all receivables to improve cash flow.n
- Contest / defend and negotiate claims.n
- To ascertain that the vessel optimizes cargo intakes & to ensure vessel is sufficiently bunkered to perform the intended voyage with adequate safety margins.n
- To negotiate and appoint port agent
