- Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitmentn
- Source and screen candidates for Engineering and Non-IT requirementsn
- Recruit for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, Supply Chain, Telecom, Utilities, and related Engineering domainsn
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidatesn
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesn
- Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholdersn

nRequirements:

- n
- 2–6 years of experience in US Staffingn
- Strong experience in US Non-IT and Engineering Recruitmentn
- Valuable understanding of US work authorization types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)n
- Experience using job boards and ATS toolsn
- Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skillsn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentn
