- Support Microsoft tools: Outlook, Windows, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Application Support, ServiceNow Ticketing Tool.n
- Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP,



and OSI models.n
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)n
- Any Full-time Graduate (No backlogs, must have degree certificate).n
- Ability to handle 24x7 rotational shiftsn
