The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with sales and technical teams to provide customized engineering solutions. Ideal candidates will have a solid grasp of engineering concepts and a knack for building lasting client relationships.

- 1–7 years in B2B inside sales, preferably in engineering services (Automotive and Transportation) industryn
nKey Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online researchn
- Fix appointments for the sales leaders for US marketn
- Understand customer needs and position appropriate engineering solutions for Automotive and Transportation Industryn
- Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and opportunity trackingn
- Coordinate and support including documentation,
follow-ups, and reportingn
- Support marketing efforts by contributing insights and assisting with campaignsn
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsn
nQualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferredn
- Proven sales experience in B2B/engineering services environmentn
- Hand-on experience on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etcn
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsn
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)n
- Work Model: Hybrid(4+1)n
