- The MIS Executive supports the IHA Reporting Team by preparing, validating, analyzing and distributing recurring and ad hoc operational reports. The role converts data from approved sources into accurate, timely and easy-to-understand information that helps stakeholders monitor performance, identify exceptions and make informed decisions.n
- The role is responsible for maintaining reporting schedules, reconciling outputs, documenting report logic, responding to reporting requests and continuously improving recurring work through standardization and appropriate automation.n

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Report Preparation and Delivery

- Prepare and distribute assigned daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc operational reports within agreed timelines.n
- Maintain report calendars, distribution lists, source locations, dependencies and delivery evidence for assigned reports.n
- Follow approved report formats, naming standards and communication protocols.n
- Coordinate with report owners and stakeholders when source data, requirements or timelines change.n

n2. Data Collection and Validation

- Extract and consolidate data from approved databases, applications, Excel files and other authorized sources.n
- Validate completeness, record counts, filters, calculations, date ranges and business rules before releasing reports.n
- Reconcile report outputs against source data or control totals and investigate exceptions, duplicates or missing records.n
