nRESPONSIBILITIES
nThe person will be assigned a region / cluster of countries and responsible for Business Expansion in the assigned region -

- Recent Customer Acquisition: Forge strategic partnerships with formulation manufacturers in the assigned regionn
- Lead generation: AVD / NPD opportunities / Innovator Businessn
- Key Account Management - Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing pharmaceutical formulation clients to ensure high retention and repeat orders, aiming for larger share of spend from their walletn
- Pricing Strategy: Formulate competitive pricing strategies, draft commercial proposals, and forecast regional sales revenue targets.n
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing shifts,



and emerging therapeutic trends in target regulatory marketsn
- Strategic Planning: Defining the strategic directions & growth drivers for the region & prepare 5 years Strat plann

nBesides this, other responsibilities can also be added based on business requirements.
nMANDATORY SKILLS:

- n
- 10-12 years of experience in API Sales & Marketing / BD function in reputed API companiesn
- Exposure of working with international customersn
- Knowledge of API development & manufacturingn
- Good understanding of pharma regulatory and IP landscapen
- Good communication and stakeholder management skillsn
- Strong analytical skills with command in Excel and PowerPointn
- Ability to work and deliver in tight timelinesn
- Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, communication, relationship-building capabilitiesn

nQUALIFICATIONS: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.Tech (Chem Engg) / MSc (Chemistry) / MBA
