Purchase Executive Sourcing & Quotation Research Job Description/: Responsibilities/: Execution of Direct and Indirect Material Procurement/: Obtain raw materials, machined parts, castings, forgings, electrical hardware, tooling, and MRO /(Maintenance, Repair, and Operations/) supplies in compliance with production timelines, BOMs, and engineering standards. Technical Bid Evaluation & Supplier Negotiation/: Examine technical engineering drawings and material specifications; send out Requests for Quotations /(RFQs/); conduct techno/-commercial bid analyses; and bargain for competitive prices, conditions of payment, and delivery dates. Vendor Development & Capability Auditing/: Find, analyse, and integrate new job/-work and component suppliers; audit supplier facilities, gauge manufacturing capacity, and lead vendor capability matrix evaluations. Purchase Order /(PO/)



Management & Expediting/: Create and process accurate POs within ERP systems /(SAP MM, Oracle/); accelerate supplier material shipments to guarantee 100% On/-Time Delivery /(OTD/) and avoid line/-stop situations.
