We are looking for an experienced State Business Head to lead business expansion, revenue growth, and multi-location retail operations across the state.

The role will be responsible for scaling the branch network, driving customer acquisition and retention, strengthening market presence, and leading branch and sales teams towards ambitious business targets. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, proven leadership experience, and deep understanding of gold, jewellery, financial services, or retail operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive state-wide business expansion and branch network growth in line with the overall expansion strategy.
- Identify high-potential locations and evaluate market opportunities for new branch launches.
- Oversee current branch openings and ensure operational readiness, scalability, and performance.
- Drive aggressive revenue growth,



customer acquisition, retention, and branch productivity.
- Develop and execute initiatives aimed at significantly increasing state-level revenue.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to implement centralised sales strategies and standardised processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch managers, sales teams, and other frontline employees across the state.
- Establish clear performance expectations and ensure strong accountability across branches.
- Monitor branch performance through dashboards, KPIs, sales reports, and business reviews.
- Identify underperforming branches and implement corrective actions to improve results.
