We are looking for an experienced Insights Analyst – FMCG / CPG to lead consumer and market insights initiatives that support brand strategy, category growth, commercial planning, and business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FMCG / CPG Consumer & Market Insights, with hands-on experience working with syndicated and panel data from platforms such as NielsenIQ, IRI Unify+, Kantar Worldpanel, and GlobalData. The role requires a strong understanding of brand and category analytics, market trends, consumer behaviour, competitive dynamics, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead consumer and market insights projects across FMCG / CPG categories and brands.
- Analyse syndicated and panel data from platforms such as NielsenIQ, IRI Unify+, Kantar Worldpanel, and GlobalData.




- Conduct detailed brand and category analytics to identify market trends, growth drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Analyse market size, market share, category growth, brand performance, pricing, distribution, penetration, frequency, and competitive dynamics.
- Evaluate consumer and shopper behaviour using panel and syndicated datasets.
- Identify changes in consumer preferences, purchasing behaviour, category dynamics, and competitive positioning.
- Develop actionable insights to support brand strategy, category development, portfolio decisions, and commercial planning.
- Conduct competitor and market benchmarking to understand relative brand and category performance.
- Analyse historical trends and develop forward-looking perspectives on market and consumer developments.
- Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives, strategic insights, and recommendations.
