We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Clinic Expansion & Operations to lead the end-to-end setup, launch, and operational management of skin, hair, aesthetic, and dermatology clinics.

The role will be responsible for managing clinic expansion projects from initial infrastructure and fit-out through pre-launch preparation, staffing, training, marketing coordination, and post-launch operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in skin, hair, aesthetic, dermatology, or wellness clinic operations, along with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.

The role requires solid project management, operational ownership, leadership, vendor coordination, and a deep understanding of clinic setup and patient-centric service delivery.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of new skin, hair, aesthetic, and dermatology clinics.




- Coordinate construction, interiors, fit-outs, electrical requirements, plumbing, equipment installation, and other infrastructure activities.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, consultants, equipment suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure clinic infrastructure and interiors meet required medical, operational, aesthetic, and brand standards.
- Coordinate pre-launch readiness, including medical software, CRM systems, inventory, equipment, documentation, and compliance checklists.
- Support applicable licensing, regulatory, and operational readiness requirements for new clinics.
- Coordinate local BTL marketing, promotional activities, and grand launch events with central marketing teams.
- Implement and maintain SOPs covering clinical workflows, patient management, front-office operations, service delivery, and administrative processes.
