Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day business and operational activities across the quick commerce ecosystem.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives and operational requirements.
- Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Monitor operational processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.




- Support the development and implementation of scalable processes and workflows.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution.
- Track key business and operational metrics and support performance analysis.
- Assist with recent initiatives, experiments, and growth projects in a fast-changing environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Support process documentation, reporting, and operational tracking.
- Identify recurring challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them through execution with minimal supervision.
