Job Description
- Develop and implement growth strategies to maximize market opportunities and drive business performance within the coatings portfolio.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key principals (suppliers) by aligning business objectives, growth plans, and market strategies.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers and strategic customers to expand the portfolio and increase market penetration.
- Drive business expansion initiatives across India and Bangladesh through effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide market insights on performance,



opportunities, trends, and competitive activity.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies based on market intelligence, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Manage project pipelines and develop strategic plans to accelerate revenue growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, supply agreements, and customer contracts.
- Collaborate with technical, regulatory, customer service, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate project development and conversion.
- Participate in forecasting, budgeting, annual planning, and periodic business reviews.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
