nRoles & Responsibilities
nThe Business Mentor at Grip Forum is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai.

- Act as a key point of guidance and support for the chapter leadership and associatesn
- Coordinate effectively with the Chapter Leadership Team to ensure smooth chapter operationsn
- Supervise and oversee chapter events,



sessions, and activities to ensure quality and alignment with GRIP objectivesn
- Provide mentorship and professional guidance to chapter associates for their personal and business growthn
- Ensure proper planning, execution, and follow-up of chapter meetings, events, and training programsn
- Maintain regular reporting and documentation of chapter activities and share updates with managementn
- Attend chapter meetings, review sessions, and training programs as requiredn
- Support management in implementing organizational strategies at the chapter leveln
