nD&D; Healthcare, one of India's leading ventilator manufacturers, is expanding into the pharmaceuticals business and is looking for a strong sales leader to build and scale this division from the ground up.
nThis is not a conventional sales role. We need someone who can build the sales engine, recruit and deploy the right team, open markets, negotiate commercial deals and drive revenue growth across India.
nKey Responsibilities

- Build and lead the pharmaceutical sales team across key marketsn
- Recruit, train and deploy Sales Executives, ASMs and Regional Managersn
- Develop territory-wise sales strategy, targets and execution plansn
- Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, institutions, distributors and trade partnersn
- Negotiate commercial terms, institutional deals and distribution partnershipsn
- Establish reporting systems, KPIs, incentive structures and sales processesn
- Track team productivity,



market coverage, pipeline and revenue performancen
- Identify current territories and growth opportunitiesn
- Work closely with management on pricing, product strategy and expansion plansn
- Take end-to-end ownership of achieving pharmaceutical division sales targetsn

nIdeal Candidate

- n
- 10–15 years of pharmaceutical sales experiencen
- Strong experience in team building and sales force managementn
- Proven record of scaling territories, regions or product portfoliosn
- Strong network across hospitals, doctors, distributors and pharmaceutical traden
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skillsn
- Experience handling institutional / hospital business preferredn
- Comfortable building a new business vertical with significant ownershipn
- Existing experience as an ASM / RSM / ZSM / National Sales Manager will be highly relevantn
