nWhat You'll Do

- n
- Design and build interactive in-app content including Flows, Tasklists, Beacons, Tooltips, and Self-Help modules.n
- Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to understand business workflows, enterprise software, and user personas.n
- Drive digital adoption and help end-users seamlessly onboard and navigate complex applications.n

nWhat We're Looking For




n
- n
- 2.5+ years of experience across Instructional Design, Content Creation, Technical Writing, Customer Success, or Software Development.n
- Familiarity with DAP tools (Whatfix experience is a solid plus).n
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.n
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.n
