- Handling Day to day incidents, work requests, enhancements, production tickets and ad-hoc requestsn
- 24*7 application support for airlines systems and other custom applications including integrationsn
- Closing the assigned incidents as per SLAs and capturing all SLA metrics correctly and on timen
- Completing Documentation and update Application Understanding Documentsn
- Update the activity on Service Now and JIRA on daily basis towards closuren
- Responsible for testing all applications during patching activities on all the serve
