nGovernance & AOP Delivery

- Deliver AOP targets for Loss Ratio, PCC, cost, and quality parameters.n
- Monitor performance metrics and publish governance dashboards.n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance frameworks.n

nRisk, Audit & Compliance

- Drive audit readiness and closure of audit observations and risk actionable.n
- Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal teams to maintain solid control hygiene.n

nStrategic Execution & Program Management

- Lead monthly delivery plans, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.n
- Manage cross-functional workstreams and dependencies for strategic initiatives.n

nStakeholder Engagement & Leadership

- Collaborate with UW, Claims, Actuarial, Product, Operations, and Technology functions.n
- Influence decision-making with data-backed insights and structured communication.n
- Lead governance forums and leadership review cycles.n

- Create high-impact CXO-level review decks, reports, and strategic presentations.n
- Drive crisp documentation of processes, policies, and status updates.n
