- Platform Administration & Governancen
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability, performance, reliability, and security.n
- Manage system configurations, user administration, groups, roles, ACLs, and platform access controls.n
- Establish and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices.n
- Monitor platform health, performance metrics, and capacity utilization.n
- Platform Operations & Maintenancen
- Coordinate ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management activities.n
- Validate platform functionality through testing and post-upgrade reviews.n
- Manage instance cloning activities and setting strategy across Development, Test, and Production environments.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues,



incidents, and service disruptions.n
- Configuration & Enhancementn
- Configure workflows, business rules, notifications, forms, service catalogs, and knowledge management solutions.n
- Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM, ITOM, CMDBn

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.n

- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.n
