nLocation: Mumbai (Looking for local candidates only)
nShift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
nKey Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for the RMS platformn
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issuesn
- Collaborate with Engineering & QA teamsn
- Track and document support ticketsn
- Assist users with training and guidancen
- Ensure timely and effective issue resolutionn
nRequired Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related fieldn
- Experience in software/product supportn
- Knowledge of SQL and troubleshootingn
- Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Selenium, etc.n
- Robust communication and problem-solving skillsn
