FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – Delhi & NCR
nJob Description
nWe are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to manage and grow our presence across the Delhi-NCR region. This is a field-intensive role involving regular interactions with researchers, scientists, R&D; Heads, HODs, and students across academic institutions and pharmaceutical organizations.
nThe ideal candidate should be comfortable with consultative selling, relationship management, and achieving sales targets in a research-focused workplace.
nKey Responsibilities
nSales & Business Development
n• Generate new sales opportunities across assigned territory (Delhi-NCR)
n• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
n• Identify and approach potential customers in academic and pharma research segments
n• Promote Agnitio Pharmas products and solutions through in-person meetings and demos
nField Engagement
n• Conduct regular field visits to universities, colleges, research institutes, and pharma companies
n• Meet researchers, scientists, R&D; Heads, HODs, faculty members, and students




n• Plan daily/weekly visit schedules and ensure effective territory coverage
nRelationship Management
n• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
n• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
n• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support
nAccount Management & Reporting
n• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
n• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
n• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and post-sales support
nMarket Intelligence
n• Track competitor activities and market trends
n• Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams
n• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
nRequired Skills & Qualifications
nExperience & Education
n• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Field Sales / Academic Sales / Corporate Sales
n• Exposu
