nRoles & Responsibilities:

- Build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects N
- Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us N
- Responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers N
- Provide world-class customer experience by extending passion and commitment for serving customers N
- The ideal candidate forthis role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets N
- Candidates should come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points,



driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a rapid-paced environment. N
- Should be effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike N

nRequirements:

- n
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills N
- 2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C Sales hitting minimum monthly targets . N
- Strong listening and presentation skills N
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively N

- A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education) N
- Minimum Experience - 3 plus years in inside sales or similar N
