nRole Overview
nThe Director of Infrastructure for the India Global Capability Center (GCC) will lead the development, implementation, and management of critical infrastructure systems that support business operations across the company's Insurance and Retirement Services divisions. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, operational excellence, and strong people management skills to ensure the GCC's infrastructure aligns with global standards and drives business success.
nAbility to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, establish strong project and program governance, manage complex initiatives with explicit accountability, risk management, and executive reporting, and drive organizational change through a data-driven and outcome-oriented approach. This role requires a leader who combines strategic vision, disciplined governance, data-driven decision-making, and an automation-first mindset to modernize infrastructure at scale.
nTechnical Expertise:



In-depth knowledge of on prem as well as cloud computing, virtualization, storage systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
nLeadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change.
