nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
nLabour & Blue-Collar HR Management –

- n
- HR Life cycle management of "Supervisor & Below" & plant "shopfloor" cadre employees (trainees, contract workers) etc. (Blue Collared employment category)n
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.n
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.n
- Frequent auditing of the manpower vendors.n
- Strong eye on all compliance related to manpower rotation etc.n
- Talent Management and second line development for supervisors and shopfloor employees.n
- Close coordination with Safety function to foster a culture of safety.n
- Employee Relations & Engagement –n
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee
