- SucessFactors certifications in LMS, PMGM and either one of the modules of Talent Managementn
- Hands on experience in Creating Assignment Proles, LMS Roles, Curricula, Integration with other third party modules and SF ECn
- Hands on experience in Plateau Report Designer Tooln
- Hands on experience in Custom calculations in Goal templatesn
- Valuable Knowledge in Goal setting and Performance Processesn




- Experience in Goal cascading, Group and Team Goals functionalities Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirementsn
- Experience in Route maps and step typesn
- Experience in Performance form customization with section, filed, required field permissionsn
- Experience in Calibration processn
- Have worked on Continuous Performance Management and 360 degreen
- Experience in working with intergation between SuccessFactors and third party vendors.n
- Able to lead customer discussions and workshops.n
