- Attend all grooming checks and visual merchandising activities.n
- Set up trial rooms and client spaces under Senior Stylist's guidance.n
- Learn about assigned clients by reading brief notes and observing seniors.n

nPROCESS (Operations)

- Assist during CCS stages: client hosting, trial organization, product movement.n
- Begin independently handling standard clients with straightforward styling needs.n
- Maintain studio lifestyle, grooming presence, and service etiquette throughout clientn

nvisits.
nPOST (Results)

- Submit basic client service notes to Senior or Catalyst post-trial.n
- Participate in daily reflections: what went right, where improvements needed.n
- Show readiness for growth into Senior Stylist role by taking ownership on-floor.n
