nCreate & Preapre , Estimates , Invoices .. to prepare dailyand manage day to day affairs for accounts , filing bank work ... rtgs , also will be responsible for couriers , amc and other minor admin activities .

- Keeping register and attendance recordsn
- Preparing Salary & salary slipsn

- Coordinate with Legal for paperwork for contractn
- Coordination for paperwork on contract with brand , legal and other teamsn
- All electric /telephone payments , coordination of the runningn
- Filing for accounts for TDS , GSTn




- Reporting to MD & CA for finalisation of accountsn
- Sending the TDS certificates to alln
- Replying to account related queriesn
- Ensuring all replies for coordination of contracts , invoices , et are donen
- Management of expenses over time of housekeeping , driver staffn
- Attendancen
