nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Lead with strong expertise in RFP/RFI responses, proposal writing, and solution development, particularly for US State Government clients.
nThe candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end proposal activities, working closely with Sales, Solution Architects, SMEs, Delivery and other stakeholders to develop compelling, compliant and competitive proposals.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process for US State Government clients.n
- Analyze RFP requirements, Statements of Work (SOW), evaluation criteria and compliance requirements.n
- Develop and maintain RFP compliance matrices and response plans.n
- Lead proposal writing including technical responses, executive summaries, solution overviews, methodologies and value propositions.n




- Collaborate with Solution Architects and SMEs to develop appropriate technical solutions.n
- Translate client requirements into clear and compelling proposal responses.n
- Coordinate inputs from Sales, Delivery, Technology, Finance, Legal and other teams.n
- Develop PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries and proposal collateral for client presentations.n
- Review proposals for accuracy, consistency, compliance and overall quality before submission.n
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while ensuring strict submission deadlines are met.n
- Participate in proposal strategy discussions and identify differentiators/win themes.n
- Support oral presentations, client demos and proposal defense sessions when required.n
- Maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, case studies, credentials and solution material.n
- Track proposal status, deadlines, dependencies and stakeholder deliverables.n
