- Drive internal comms calendar: leadership messages, town halls, newsletters, digital campaigns, festive/company announcements ensuring alignment across functionsn
- Partner with CEO & office and HR leadership to craft and cascade key messaging (org changes, policy updates, business updates)n
- Own employee engagement content EVP storytelling, recognition programs, culture initiatives, including HR forums, CSR, cultural events, and wellness programs across multiple locationsn
- Manage comms channels (email, WhatsApp broadcasts, notice boards, intranet if any), with deliberate reach into central kitchen shop-floor staff and outlet/field teams not just HOn
- Design comms for central kitchen onboarding, shift communication, and safety/process updates translated for shop-floor audiencesn
- Draft leadership speeches, talking points, and Q&A; prep for town halls/events, including CK-specific forumsn
- Track and report on comms effectiveness across HO, outlets, and CKs (readership, engagement, sentiment)n




- Coordinate with Ops/Manufacturing leadership at CKs to ensure comms reflect shop-floor realities (shift patterns, language needs, low-digital-access workers)n
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing/Brand to keep internal and external voice consistentn

nEducation & Experience

- n
- Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, English, or a related discipline.n
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Internal Communications or Corporate Communications, preferably spanning both corporate/retail and manufacturing or plant-floor environments.n
- Solid writing, editing, and content development skills with the ability to simplify leadership messaging for a diverse, distributed workforce.n
- Experience managing employee engagement, culture, or internal communication initiatives end-to-end.n
