- Analyze regulatory changes and provide advisory to internal stakeholders to ensure compliancen
- Support our HR team for employment regulations related to employee lifecycle management and statutory compliance related aspects.n
- Implementation of the latest amendment and notification pertaining to labor and employment law at an organization leveln
- Enable the ongoing identification of operational and regulatory risk ensuring transparent mitigation plans are defined, tracked and implemented.n

nAudits & Risk Assessments

- Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential gaps.n




- Implement corrective actions and best practices to mitigate compliance risks.n
- Maintain records and reports on compliance activities, audits, and findings.n

nStakeholder Management & Advisory

- n
- Work closely with corporate, legal, and HR teams to ensure employment policies align with regulatory standards.n
- Provide advisory support on compliance-related matters, including hiring, termination, workplace policies, and employee relations etc.n

nKey Qualifications & Skills
n✔ Experience: 6-7 years in HR compliance – India and globally .
