nPosition Overview
nThe Senior Executive – MIS will manage end-to-end candidate and training data on the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH) and other government skilling portals. The role requires solid attention to detail, hands-on portal management, data reconciliation, and coordination with program teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.
nKey Responsibilities
nSIDH & Skilling Portal Management

- n
- Create, submit, and manage training batches on SIDH within Sector Skill Council timelines.n
- Ensure accurate mapping of candidates, trainers, assessors, and other required information for each batch.n
- Maintain candidate profiles and process corrections related to personal, educational, contact, and category information.n
- Resolve data discrepancies and validation issues flagged by SIDH and allied government skilling portals.n

nData Management & Reconciliation

- n
- Reconcile candidate and batch data across SIDH,



internal MIS databases, and program records.n
- Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with field and program teams for timely resolution.n
- Maintain accurate records and trackers for candidate, batch, and training-related data.n
- Ensure appropriate care and confidentiality while handling sensitive personal information.n

nMIS Reporting & Analysis

- Develop and maintain MIS trackers, dashboards, and periodic reports.n
- Use Excel and other reporting tools to consolidate, validate, and analyse program data.n
- Support automation and improvement of recurring MIS reports where feasible.n
- Ensure timely availability of accurate data for operational and management reporting.n

nProgram Coordination

- Work closely with program and functional teams to collect, validate, and update required information.n
- Follow up proactively on incomplete or incorrect data to ensure adhere
