nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.n
- Reach out to companies through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.n
- Generate and qualify leads and connect with hiring decision-makers.n
- Understand client hiring needs and introduce our recruitment services.n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.n
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate activity records.n
- Meet monthly lead generation and client onboarding targets.n




- Work closely with the recruitment team to support new client requirements.n

nRequirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.n
- Freshers are welcome to apply.n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Good confidence and willingness to make calls and connect with clients.n
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and basic MS Office/Google Workspace tools.n
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.n
- Prior sales, business development, or recruitment exposure is a plus, but not required.n
