Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Head Barista to lead our coffee and beverage program and build a culture of excellence.
nWhat you'll do:

- Lead and train the barista teamn
- Maintain exceptional coffee and beverage quality and consistencyn
- Dial in espresso and optimize brew recipesn
- Drive service standards and guest experiencen
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance and daily operationsn
- Work closely with our kitchen and leadership team to continuously improve the café experiencen
nWe're looking for someone who:

- Has 4+ years of specialty coffee and beverage experience with leadership experience preferredn
- Understands espresso extraction, milk texturing, brewing methods and beverage fundamentalsn
- Takes pride in precision, cleanliness and consistencyn
- Loves training people and building high-performing teamsn
