nBon Fiction is a single-origin, tree-to-bar chocolate company working with cacao from the Godavari region of Andhra Pradesh.
nFrom fermentation and drying to chocolate making, we work closely across the value chain to develop the potential of Indian cacao.
nOur cacao and chocolates have received international recognition, including selection among the Best 50 Beans in the World by Cacao of Excellence and multiple awards at international chocolate competitions.
nIndia has historically been seen primarily as a market for chocolate. That is changing.
nWe want Bon Fiction to be at the forefront of building India's own chocolate story and establishing Indian cacao and chocolate on the global stage.
nThe Role
nAs we expand our production capacity, we are looking for a commercially driven Business Growth Lead to help us build the next phase of Bon Fiction.
nThe mandate is straightforward:
nFind opportunities. Build relationships. Win business. Grow accounts.




nYou will work closely with the founders to expand Bon Fiction across B2B, HoReCa, retail, distribution, corporate gifting, private label and other strategic channels.
nThis is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, meeting customers, negotiating deals and converting opportunities into meaningful recurring business.
nWhat You Will Do

- Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.n
- Identify and acquire B2B, HoReCa, retail, distribution and institutional customers.n
- Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, chefs, bakeries, retailers, distributors and food businesses.n
- Identify and develop corporate gifting and private-label opportunities.n
- Personally manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and meetings to negotiation and closure.n
- Build and grow key accounts.n
- Develop city-wise and channel-wise expansion opportunities.
