nWe are seeking an energetic Apple Administrator to work in its ATS, DEX-Device Management team. The ideal candidate will work closely with End Users, IT Departments and Product Teams, requiring positive communication and interpersonal skills.
nResponsibilities

- n
- Managing devices (computers & mobiles), updating and deploying applications and policies using Workspace ONE to Adobe's Apple ecosystem worldwide.n
- End-to-end administration of WorkspaceONE/Intune UEM environment ensuring security and high availability.n
- Provide support to Global Service Desk & IT Client services worldwide on the services/solutions designed/offered to Apple users.n
- Work with vendor support like Apple, Microsoft and Omnissa to diagnose and resolve issues with software and configurationsn
- Work with teams to gather requirements for Application packaging, configuration development.



Develop configurations and package application and follow Change Management processes for production release.n
- Work with security team to ensure that Adobe's Mac environment is secured.n

nRequirements

- n
- Expert knowledge of macOS & iOS Operating System & its management, including all recent releases.n
- Hands-on experience managing Macs in an enterprise environment using Omnissa Workspace ONE (preferred), Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Intune.n
- Experience packaging macOS applications for distribution via device management solutions like Workspace ONE, Intune, or Jamf Pro.n
- Experience deploying configuration profiles for whitelisting Kernel and System Extensions, and PPPC profiles.n
- Experience configuring macOS provisioning with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP).n
- In-depth knowledge of FileVault encryption and secure token.n
- Ability to evaluate, recommend and deploy technologies and solutions to Adobe's Apple user base, focusing on productivity
