nWe are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Finance professional to join our Plant Finance team. The role will be responsible for driving product costing, budgeting, financial controlling, performance analysis, inventory management, and business partnering activities for manufacturing operations.
nKey Responsibilities :
nProduct Costing and Cost Analysis

- Product costing, standard costing, and cost sheet preparation.n
- Cost variance analysis for materials, labor, and overheads.n
- Gross margin and profitability analysis.n
- Cost optimization and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.n

nBudgeting & Financial Planning

- n
- Annual Budget, Forecasting, and Long-Range Planning.n
- Budget vs Actual analysis and variance reporting.n




- Support strategic business planning and decision-making.n

nPlant Finance & Financial Control
n
- n
- Lead plant finance and controlling activities.n
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.n
- Monitoring plant expenses and ensuring budget compliance.n
- Strengthen financial controls and internal governance.n

nInventory & Working Capital Management
n
- n
- Inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.n
- Monitoring slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.n
- Physical stock verification and control processes.n

nManagement Reporting & Business Partnering
n
- n
- Preparation of Monthly MIS and Business Review Reports.n
- Financial dashboards and performance reporting.n
- Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to improve profitability.n
