nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The role requires managing day-to-day accounting operations, handling reconciliations, statutory compliance, reporting, asset accounting, receivables follow-ups, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of multitasking across finance domains and ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.
nKey Responsibilities
nDaily/Monthly Activities

- Coordinated with marketing team on daily collection and reporting.n
- Appropriation based on internal inputs.n
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation (across 9 bank accounts).n
- Clearing of sweep entries, reconciliationn
- Manage performance Bank Guarantee (BG) and coordinate with business and bankn

nReceivables & Payments

- n
- Customer code creation and validation on govt. portals.n
- Vendor to Customer Transfers and account clearing.n
- Intercompany recharges, accounting and balance confirmationn
- Customer Refunds processing, Tax & Statutory Payments.n

nAsset & Insurance Management

- n
- Asset management in SAP systemn
- Insurance coverage reviews (monthly/yearly), endorsements, and claims.n

nReporting & Reconciliation

- Preparation of Aging Summary, Monthly PMS, and BG Status Reports.n
- Quarterly Audit Schedules, ICFR & RACM Inputs.n

nCompliance & Documentation

- Basic understanding of ESIC, P-Tax
