nDuties:
nThe Desktop Operations associate will be responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance, and support of the desktop infrastructure and administration of corporate applications.
nMajor Responsibilities:
nExperience creating Microsoft and Third Party patching deployments using Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
nAutomating solutions and changes for the desktop setting using scripting languages like Powershell or Python.




nPackage applications for automated deployment in Microsoft SCCM/Intune and VMWare AppVolumes.
nAdministration of Active Directory Group policy including creating, editing, and evaluating GPOs that effect the desktop environment.
nExperience in deploying, managing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems to include application-level support.
nMaintain and support virtual desktop (VDI) platform VMware View brokers, monitor availability and performance of physical and virtual desktop systems.
nServe as an escalation point for End User Support/Service Desk teams for application packaging and OS-related issues.
nCandidate must be able to work as part of a team in supporting an enterprise level infrastructure.
nProvide support off-hours when needed.
