- Leverage deep understanding of Agency Lending / Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL) Collateral Management across multiple asset classesn
- Partner with Risk to proactively manage processing risk and embed appropriate controlsn
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure aligned and effective product deliveryn
- Define business problems and design solutions through detailed process mapping and analysis using tools such as DrawIOn
- Assess end‐to‐end processes to reduce manual touchpoints, eliminate bottlenecks, and strengthen controlsn
- Establish close connections with business partners to assess process and system enhancement opportunities and understand business requirements.n
- Elicit, analyze,



and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needsn
- Define, measure, and track KPIs and KRIs across key milestonesn
- Manage project plans and milestone delivery to ensure deadlines are clearly defined and metn
- Coordinate activities across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groupsn
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues, driving timely decision‐making and progress to resolutionn
- Act as a liaison across workstreams to drive alignment on plans, status, and risk reportingn
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet business requirements and support successful releasesn
- Support strategic initiatives, technology enhancements, and ad hoc requestsn
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the Operations user basen
- Establish forums for ongoing engagement with stakeholders, acting as the point of contact f
