- We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to head Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Capability Development initiatives, driving the integration of business objectives with sustainable social impact. This role will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact, scalable programs across key focus areas such as education, livelihoods, setting, and inclusion.n
- The incumbent will play a critical role in shaping the organization's social impact strategy, building partnerships,



and establishing robust frameworks for impact measurement and governance.n

- Design, implement, and scale high-impact CSR initiatives across multiple domains (education, livelihoods, environment, inclusion)n
- Ensure programs are outcome-driven, sustainable, and aligned with regulatory requirementsn
- Drive innovation by incorporating behavioral science, digital, and data-led approachesn
