Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AGM – Primary Sales to lead and drive the primary sales function for our real estate business in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in primary real estate sales, preferably with a reputed real estate developer, along with solid knowledge of the Noida/NCR market. The candidate must have proven experience in team handling, sales leadership, channel management, revenue generation, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Primary Sales function for Noida projects. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. - Drive sales through direct sales, channel partners, and other relevant sales channels. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and conversions. - Set individual and team targets and monitor performance against business objectives. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors, and key stakeholders.



- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the existing channel partner network. - Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, inventory, and customer preferences in the Noida real estate market. - Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales closures. - Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to booking and closure. - Review daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required. - Ensure effective utilization of inventory and achievement of project-wise sales targets. - Conduct regular team reviews, sales meetings, and performance evaluations. - Build a high-performance sales culture with strong focus on revenue, conversions, productivity, and customer experience. - Provide regular sales MIS and business updates to senior management.
