- Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost baselines and financial reportsn
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance metrics to identify variances and potential risksn
- Perform cost variance and trend analysis and recommend corrective actionsn
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reportingn
- Ensure accurate and timely cost, progress, and forecast reportingn
- Support or integrate project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6n
- Monitor progress against planned milestones and deliverablesn
- Perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and performance metricsn
- Maintain Estimate-to-complete and estimate-at-completion (EAC) forecastsn
- Track changes, variations,



and claims and assess financial impactsn
- Project invoicing based on resources, materials etc. using ERP (Maconomy, SAP, Ecosys etc.).n
- Implement and maintain project control systems, tools, and best practicesn
- Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for improving project efficiency and profitabilityn
- Prepare monthly project reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management and stakeholdersn
- Improve reporting efficiency through analytics and automation using tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Advanced Excel / VBA)n
- Prepare interactive PowerBI dashboards for overall project controls insights and performance KPIs.n
- Provide guidance and training to Junior Project controllers and interns.n
- Support in operations and Team managementn
