Job DescriptionWe're looking for someone with strong casting industry experience to help break into scripted and unscripted entertainment — reality shows, web series, OTT/streaming platforms, films, and brand-integrated productions. You'll act as the bridge between Chtrbox and casting directors, production houses, and OTT platforms, identifying and securing the right opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, production houses, OTT platforms, and talent agencies across film/TV/streaming/realityn
- Track upcoming casting calls, auditions, and relevant opportunities.n
- Match individuals to suitable roles based on their profile, personality, and career goalsn
- Prepare and pitch profiles, reels, and portfolios to casting teamsn
- Coordinate auditions, self-tapes, and screen testsn
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms in coordination with the internal management teamn




- Guide on audition prep, on-camera presence, and industry expectationsn
- Stay on top of industry trends — recent shows, platforms, and casting needs — to proactively pitch opportunitiesn
- Maintain a pipeline/tracker of active submissions, callbacks, and outcomes.n

- 4+ years of experience in casting, or entertainment industry rolesn
- Established network of casting directors, production houses, and OTT platform contactsn
- Strong negotiation skills and contract familiarityn
- Excellent relationship-management and pitching skillsn
- Highly organized — able to manage multiple individuals and opportunities simultaneouslyn
- Existing relationships with reality TV and streaming platform casting teamsn
