Job DescriptionWalkin-in-TATA Consultancy Services LTD, Delivery Center, Technopark Campus, Kariyavattam P.O, Thiruvananthapuram -695 581 Exp - 4 to 12 Yrs Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have - All functions associated with maintenance of Oracle Server databases including security, back-up, reporting, and recovery procedures - Core Oracle DBA activities for Oracle 9i/10G/11g & 12c including error Diagnosis and handling of the same - Create, Build, and up-gradation of Instances and databases - Oracle database build using ASM on RAC/non-RAC. - Manage and troubleshoot the L2 tasks independently - Performance tuning, Scripting knowledge - Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship. - Database security patch application.



- Troubleshooting DB – Crash - Rebuild Database due to Incident - Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades - Cross-training to support SQL in terms of maintenance of physical database structures and associated hardware, network, and system configurations. - Provides hands-on technical expertise, provides senior-level technical guidance to team members. Knowledge of SQL DB is preferable. Skills - - OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) preferred. - Should have proficiency in Oracle Server (9i, 10g, 11g, 12c +..) Configuration and Administration. - Robust analytical skills for problem-solving database-related issues. -
