- Manage client and business requests for Capital Markets applications and platforms.n




- Gather and document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and business requirements.n
- Support application onboarding, user provisioning, and access management.n
- Act as a liaison between Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external stakeholders.n
- Support front-to-back Trade Lifecycle processes across Capital Markets products.n
- Drive UAT activities, defect management, release validation, and production support.n
- Manage incidents, changes, and service requests through ticketing platforms.n
- Support system enhancements, application migrations, and process improvement initiatives.n
